A few foreign films I've enjoyed in the last few months:
{Chile}
NO portrays the plebiscite and "no" campaign that took place during Pinochet Chile in 1988.
Directed by Pablo Larrain, the film was designed to take after movies made during the mentioned era.
Perhaps most importantly, the film persuades you to think about the power of people.
The plebiscite put on by the Pinochet regime was thought to be unwinnable by the opposition,
yet the unthinkable happened and it marked the end of the dictatorship.
{France}
Intouchables tells the true story of a wealthy French quadriplegic who hires an ex-con as his caregiver.
So good, so many laughs, beautiful.
{Italy}
"We have a pope."
What happens when the pope elected by the conclave has reservations?
What happens when the pope elected by the conclave has reservations?
An engaging depiction of the process and the possibility of a cardinal feeling unfit.

i'm interested in the 2nd one - "Intouchables"...must see indeed!
